Material Application
We offer Multi Stores System in which an individual unit can have many stores. We cater to alternate units of Measurement and Physical Variances. We also consider Indents, Purchases and PO Amendments. Regular QC Inspections, Re-Inspections and Floor Rejections take place in order to provide the highest quality to our esteemed clients. We perform Quotation Comparisons from different vendors. Store Valuations are based on FIFO, Average Weight and Latest Price methods. Our Company separates Excisable/Non Excisable, Indigenous/Imported stocks for quantity as well as for value terms of the same items. Stores MIS are based on different levels like ABC, VED, FSN, Cost Centers, Dept, etc. We effectively deal with the Returnable Goods and Job work Goods balancing. Our vendor rating analysis is based on Delivery, Quality, etc. We believe in BOM and Job Costing analysis and also in Batch Production, Kit Issues and WIP Balancing.
PPC & Manufacturing
Our Company believes in manufacturing down time analysis, which is bifurcated into user defined reasons. Person wise productivity analysis is carried out where there is Input/Output waste analysis for each section. Section wise WIP control is also dealt with efficiently. We are given detailed work order instructions, which we carry out to the last clause. According to the work order, the costing analysis is done optimizing. The PPC and Manufacturing needs to be specifically customized from case to case as per the business processes.
Sales Order Distribution
We have facility in Our Multi Unit System where the orders are taken as per specific rates or as per the user defined price lists. We dispatch documents like Excise Invoice 1, Insurance Declations, Chalans, all Excise Records, Monthly Returns and Supporting Statements and All export documents like Packing List, PI, Export Invoice, Shipping Bill, Bank Advise, ECGC Application, Returns, etc. Exhaustive Sales MIS are based on Orders, Items and Parties.
FA/FM Application
As we believe in the Multi Unit System, an Individual Company can have many divisions and these divisions can further have multiple units. We incorporate user defined Banks, Journals, Sales, Purchase Books, Vr. Series and authorizations for various categories of Vr Series. Cheque Printing and Bank Reconciliation is also carried out competently. Exhaustive MIS related to AR and AP Modules is adeptly taken up. On-line TDS deductions, Certificate Generation and eTDS returns are managed with complete satisfactory feedback from our clients. Modules for FDs, Bank Guarantee, LC and Bills Discounting are also taken up. Cost Center, Location based and subsidiary based analysis is being done. Budgetary Control based on A/c’s, Group of a/c’s, Cost Centers, Exhaustive Sales Tax Accounting for Forms Pendency, Utilization and Balancing VAT Accounting is taken up and is completed efficiently.
HRD Payroll Application
We have complete confidence in the Multi Unit System. Here the employees are categorized into Units, Grades, Departments, Works and Processes. The HRD Payroll Application generates joining and leaving forms, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity Statements along with detailed leave records for CL /EL/ Comp Leave /ML /Sick /LWP and maintains records of Casual Workers. In this application there is process wise cost per minute calculation based on the employees working hours. The Pay MIS is related to the cost to the company and its departments. Auto Salary Cheques are to be posted to the bankbook. Appraisals and Increments, Advance Control for balances and deductions are all managed efficiently. The TDS Management and Salary Certificates as required are dealt with competently.
HRD Time Office Application
Our Company has full trust in the Multi Unit System. It integrates well with Card Reading Machines, Prepares Attendance Records, Disciplinary Actions to be taken to control late coming, absenteeism. It updates Pay Roll Data for Salary as well as Overtime. It helps for Shift Planning and Shift Rotation. It provides for Exceptional Grace and Managerial Authorizations.
Fixed Assets Application
The Multi Unit System forms the basis of our Company. There is depreciation as per the company law requirements for SLM / WDV methods. The Sum Assured Calculation is carried out in the same manner as is followed by the Insurance Company’s. Transfer, Discard, Sale of assets in whole or part of the asset is taken up along with the Asset History Cards.
